The professional side.
Sepehr Motevalli is the owner of Motevalli Group, a general contracting and renovation business serving Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond and New Westminster.
His work with the company focuses on residential and commercial renovations. Project discussions begin with the property, the client’s priorities, and the work required to improve the space.
Construction and renovations
A useful renovation brief describes how the property is used, what needs to change, and any budget or timing requirements. Layout, materials and finishes can then be considered in relation to that purpose.
Through Motevalli Group, Sepehr’s business work includes general contracting and conversations around residential and commercial renovation requirements. More information is available on the company’s website.
